(Kingify) respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting and using their personal data in line with applicable data privacy regulations. Please read this Privacy Statement carefully before using our website (, mobile apps, or printing services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We are the data controller if you only use our Services for personal purposes (as defined by the UK Data Protection Act 2018 as amended by the Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019).

If you use our Services to fulfill orders and deliver products to third parties, you are the “Merchant” and we are the data controller for your contact information and other data stated in Section 1. We are a data processor when we operate on behalf of a Merchant to fulfill an order.

1.1 How we collect and use user and merchant data 

As a User, we will confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support (including via chat, in the comment section of our blog, or other platforms where you can reach us), operate your account w For the above purposes, we collect data that may include personal data such as:

We get your location from your profile or your IP address. Localisation, regional requirements, and policies for the Services; local content, search results, and suggestions; distribution and mapping services; and (using non-precise location information) marketing.

To ensure the quality of our customer service, we may monitor or record your call. We will save the recording for as long as you have a Kingify account. If you don't have an account, we'll delete the recording within 12 months or keep it to address any disputes.

We may collect data from your device, your choices and information filled in when visiting our website, your contact with the website, and other data for analytical, marketing, and targeting purposes (including unique visits, returning visits, length of the session, actions carried out in the webpage).

In order to maintain network security, provide access to and improve our services, we collect the following technical usage data:

1.2  Data obtained from our Merchant's Customers

 As a data processor, we collect information about the Merchant's customer (i.e. an end user of our Services) when we act on behalf of the Merchant to fulfill an order.

 If you are a Merchant customer (a user of our services), the Merchant is the data controller and should inform you how your personal data is collected and processed. For further details, see the Merchant's privacy policy. The Merchant is your point of contact for inquiries about data handling.

 2. Sharing personal info with 3rd parties

Kingify relies on third parties to provide our services to you.

Your information, including technical usage data, is shared for commercial purposes with third parties who provide hosting, server co-location, data and cyber security services.

Your information may be shared with third-party manufacturing services we hire to supply our services to you.

Accounting and financial advisors, fraud detection and prevention services, billing and payment processing services may receive information about your purchases and payments.


Web analytics, session recording, and online marketing firms share information about your use of our website and cookies 

Marketing providers may have access to your account, purchases, and preferences if we market to you. 

We may share your personal data with our legal experts to defend our legal rights.

3. Retention time

Please note that we may keep your personal data for as long as you have a Kingify account or any of the foregoing legal basis for processing. We shall stop processing personal data if you unsubscribe from our marketing, newsletter, or blog emails. If you utilized our services without having a Kingify account, we will keep your personal data as long as we are required to do so by law, such as for tax purposes. 

You agree that we may retain copies of your (and, in the case of a Merchant, your customers' personal data) as needed to comply with our legal obligations to resolve disputes between us (or you and your customers), to prevent fraud and abuse, to enforce our agreements and/or to protect our legitimate interests (to the extent that we are permitted by the applicable law to continue to store copies to protect our legitimate interests). 

4. Data subject’s rights 

If you are a User or a Merchant in the EU or the UK, you have certain rights regarding your personal data. Access to your personal data is available by logging into your Kingify account or contacting us using the information provided below. In some cases, you can also object to the processing of your personal data (in particular, where we are not required to process your data to meet a contractual or other legal requirement). They may be restricted, for example, if granting your request may reveal personal data about another person, or if you ask us to erase information we are compelled to keep, or have compelling legitimate interests to keep (to the extent that applicable law permits us to retain such information based on our legitimate interests).

A complaint may also be made to the contact information provided below, or to your local data protection supervisory body, if you believe we have improperly processed your personal data. If you are a Merchant's customer (a user of our services), please contact the Merchant directly.

5. Data protection

We take appropriate organizational, technical, and administrative steps to safeguard personal data. We recommend you to protect your personal data processed online, create strong passwords for your Kingify accounts, sign out of your computer and browser after each session, and avoid supplying us with critical information.

6. Data transfers globally

Your information may be transmitted or accessed by our parent business in the USA, our affiliates and subsidiaries in other countries such as Latvia, Poland, Spain, and the UK, and our Service Providers (as indicated above). We protect your information when we send it globally by entering into the European Commission's Model terms for the transfer of personal data to third countries (i.e., standard contractual clauses) and any UK equivalent clauses.

7. California Privacy Policy Addendum

California citizens have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) regarding the Personal Information (as defined under the CCPA) we have gathered about them, which we outline in greater detail below.

Based on your interactions, we are a “business” or a “service provider” under the CCPA. This section only pertains to personal data we acquire as a business. We are a Service Provider under the CCPA when we act on behalf of a Merchant to fulfill an order. Please refer to the Merchant's privacy policy for details on how to exercise your CCPA rights. Inquiries concerning how the Merchant uses your Personal Information should be directed to it.

As shown in the figure below, we have acquired and shared Personal Information with various entities throughout the last twelve (12) months.

Rights under the CCPA

If you are a California resident, the processing of some personal information about you may be subject to the CCPA. Where the CCPA applies, this section informs you of your additional privacy rights as a California resident. We would never discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA, including delivering lower quality services or refusing you goods or services.

Right to Know

Under the CCPA, California residents may request free information on our collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in the preceding twelve (12) months.

Request to Delete

Subject to certain conditions, you can also ask us to remove your personal data under the CCPA.

Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information

You can ask us not to sell your Personal Data. Although the CCPA defines “sale” broadly, it does not prohibit a business from selling or renting Personal Information about a California consumer to another business or third party. We employ services to provide targeted adverts to you and may share Personal Information with business partners. Giving these companies Personal Information (such online identifiers or browsing history) is a “sale” under the CCPA.

We will analyze your request, determine if we can verify your identity, and process it accordingly. Your email address, driver's license number, or date of birth may be required to validate your identity. You may request access to your personal information twice every twelve (12) months. We try to respond to all verified requests within 45 days. Extensions of 45 days will be granted if necessary.

You can appoint an authorized agent to act on your behalf by writing or signing a power of attorney instrument. We may ask you to verify your identification before accepting an agent's request.
